Job Description - Logistics & Sales Administrator

Logistics & Sales Administrator
Kettering
Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs (office based)
Salary - £25,000

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every detail matters? We’re looking for a Logistics & Sales Administrator to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team in Kettering.

Their division produces a world-renowned range of laboratory equipment and consumables used globally across a wide range of industries. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring smooth logistics and customer satisfaction for an international client base.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling customer communications with clarity and professionalism
  • Managing sales returns, freight arrangements, and courier bookings
  • Supporting general sales and logistics admin tasks across the department
What You’ll Bring:
  • GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths or equivalent
  • A tenacious, can-do attitude and great attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous customer service experience
Even Better If You Have:
  • Experience in logistics or sales admin within a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with supply chain systems and email ticketing tools
