Kettering
Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs (office based)
Salary - £25,000

Their division produces a world-renowned range of laboratory equipment and consumables used globally across a wide range of industries. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring smooth logistics and customer satisfaction for an international client base.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling customer communications with clarity and professionalism
Managing sales returns, freight arrangements, and courier bookings
Supporting general sales and logistics admin tasks across the department

What You’ll Bring:

GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths or equivalent
A tenacious, can-do attitude and great attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous customer service experience

Even Better If You Have:

Experience in logistics or sales admin within a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with supply chain systems and email ticketing tools
