Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and working closely with Procurement and operational teams the Logistics Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the logistics function with a focus on the transportation of goods, to both customers and suppliers as well as traditional warehouse responsibilities.

As the Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator, you will take responsibility for:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Liaise with freight carriers, couriers, and customers to arrange and track deliveries.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (e.g., delivery notes, labels, customs forms).
• Support the Warehouse Manager in logistics planning and stock movement between UK and EU warehouses.
• Monitor logistics performance and report issues or delays.
• Pick, pack, and load customer orders accurately and safely.
• Unload deliveries, inspect stock, and update inventory systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (training can be provided if necessary).
• Always adhere to health and safety protocols.

What you will need to succeed:

• Have the ability to drive forward what is a very successful part of the business.
• Good communicator with the ability to build relationships internally and with customers / suppliers.
• Previous experience in logistics or transport coordination is essential.
• Comfortable using logistics or warehouse management software (ERP/CRM systems).
• A hands-on, practical mindset with good attention to detail.
• Forklift license (desirable but not essential training can be provided).
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
