We’re recruiting for a growing technology/manufacturing business looking for a hands-on Logistics & Warehousing Coordinator to join their team in Reading.

This role combines logistics, shipping, inventory and warehouse operations.

The Role
Goods-in, picking and packing
Liaise with couriers and logistics providers
Support import/export documentation
Manage stock and inventory records
Coordinate customer shipments
Process returns and repairs
Support warehouse and production operations
Maintain a safe, organised warehouse
Identify and support process improvementsAbout You
Experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory
Organised with good attention to detail
Confident using Excel and IT systems
Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work
Good communication skills
Proactive and willing to learn
