Location: Bristol
Rate: £13 per hour (£25,000 per annum)
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time (37 hours per week)

Syntech are looking for a Logistics Controller to join a large engineering services business. This is a business with global reach and offers career progression & training.

Logistics Controller duties:

Your duties will include:

• Coordinating inbound and outbound goods in line with daily production schedules.
• Managing stock levels and carrying out regular inventory checks.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure materials are delivered on time and in full.
• Using ERP/MRP systems to track materials and orders.
• Ensuring compliance with all H&S and warehouse standards.
• Organising freight and couriers for outgoing goods.
• Supporting wider warehouse or logistics tasks as needed.

Logistics Controller knowledge:

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience working in a logistics, warehouse, or inventory control role.
• A detail-oriented approach and strong organisational skills.
• Good working knowledge of stock systems, Excel, and preferably an MRP/ERP system.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently across teams.
