We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator, specialising in the distribution of manufactured goods. This role is ideal for someone with experience in handling dangerous goods and who holds relevant certifications. The position offers a clear path for progression into more senior roles within the company.

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations ensuring efficient distribution of goods.
• Utilise logistics IT systems to optimise procedures.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, and team members to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management and ensure all logistics-related documents, such as invoices, bills, and shipment statuses, are up-to-date and filed appropriately.
• Handle dangerous goods with adherence to legal and safety guidelines, ensuring all handling requirements are met.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints swiftly to maintain the integrity of the supply chain.

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Experience in handling dangerous goods and holding relevant certifications (e.g., ADR, IMDG).
• Proficiency in logistics software or transport management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• High attention to detail and the ability to make informed and effective decisions.
