Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Aberdeen City

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week + Saturday morning rota (paid at time and a half)

Position Type: Full-time, stores based (no hybrid working)

Requirements: Driving licence required, forklift licence preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general stores duties

Pack customer orders efficiently

Check in goods accurately

Book courier collections and manage customer special deliveries/bulk shipments

Conduct daily checks on goods to be shipped, ensuring timely dispatch

Contact customers when orders are complete, providing weights, dimensions, and commercial invoices

Process all returns via stores

Book in goods from suppliers

Ensure goods are shipped on time

Handle any other logistical paperwork required by stores

Customs experience (export/import procedures) is advantageous, but full training will be provided
