• Oversee and manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations across air, sea, and road transport.
• Liaise with carriers, customs, and internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant shipment handling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Respond to inbound sales enquiries and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and support the external sales team with commercial activities.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and contribute to regular reporting.

• Demonstrable experience in freight forwarding operations, ideally across multiple transport modes.
• Previous experience in a commercial or inside sales role within the logistics sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office applications.
