Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 DOE

We’re looking for a driven and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced Time Critical team in Redditch. This is a key role managing urgent UK and EU freight shipments via road, airfreight and hand carry, often in high-pressure situations like line stoppages.

You’ll be quoting, booking and tracking shipments, communicating with suppliers and customers, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. If you have excellent attention to detail, are fast thinking, and have strong customer service skills, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer enquiries and transport bookings

• Quote and plan urgent shipments across the UK and EU

• Source carriers and track shipments in real time

• Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers and internal teams

• Ensure accurate system updates and job closures

• Maximise profitability and meet service deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding, especially European planning

• Confident communicator with a can-do attitude

• Able to deal with stressful situations such as line stoppages and high-profile shipments

• Strong IT and admin skills

• Used to working in a busy environment
