Logistics Coordinator

Right Now Group are working with a Global Freight Forwarder in Dublin that are looking for two experienced Logistics Coordinators specialising in general freight and/or aerospace logistics movements. This role offers the chance to work with a global leader in logistics, handling end-to-end freight operations and delivering first-class customer service.

? Managing air, sea, and road freight shipments (import/export). Client happy to cross train on any modes in which the candidates has no experience in.
? Handling bookings, documentation, and customs clearance processes.
? Tracking shipments and keeping customers updated on delivery progress.
? Liaising with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
? Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
? Aerospace role: Managing time-sensitive shipments and coordinating with aerospace clients for urgent logistics needs.

?? Proven experience in freight forwarding, ideally in general freight or aerospace.
?? Strong knowledge of customs procedures and shipping regulations.
?? Proficiency in freight management systems (Cargowise experience is a plus).
?? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
?? Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30

Opportunity to have an element of working from home once candidates have passed probation.

Salary: €40,000 - €52,000 based on experience
