Logistics Coordinator
Location: Harlow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience

An established and growing medical device manufacturer and global distributor is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their young, cohesive team based in Harlow. This is a great opportunity for someone with some previous logistics experience, general office skills, and good IT abilities who is looking to develop within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Ideally, applicants will be local to the Harlow area.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate shipments based on product availability and customer requirements
Generate accurate documentation for domestic and international deliveries
Enter and manage order details using internal systems and databases
Liaise with warehouse teams and transport partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
Provide regular order updates to customers and maintain excellent customer service
Support general office administration as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Some experience in logistics and good all round general office administration
Strong IT skills, particularly with order management systems and Microsoft Office
Good communication and organisational skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Preferably based local to Harlow
