Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role involving coordination of operations, relationship management, and process support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Respond to enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Process invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage the company’s social media presence, including generating and following up on leads
• Create reports and maintain clear, organised records
• Schedule and coordinate driver assignments as required
• Work closely with senior team members to align operational support with business needs
• Input and maintain accurate data in internal systems
• Track and manage stock or materials, ensuring correct labelling and documentation
• Oversee the day-to-day running of a local storage facility, keeping the space well-organised and recorded

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional approach

Experience:

• Previous experience in logistics, coordination, or an operational support role is essential
