As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the link between suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams, ensuring shipments are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll:

?? Work closely with freight forwarders, airlines, and shipping lines to manage deliveries.

?? Verify shipping documentation for compliance and accuracy.
?? Track shipment progress and arrange delivery bookings.
?? Support with ad hoc logistics and administrative tasks.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

?? Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or order management.
?? Knowledge of import freight shipping and UK customs clearance.
?? Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
?? Strong communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders.
?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
?? A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
?? Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system (desirable).
