Logistics Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector? We are currently seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Horsham. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless distribution of clinical trial products, directly contributing to our mission of helping our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Responsibilities:

Manage import and export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and courier coordination.
Accurately enter shipment details into ERP systems to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
Maintain meticulous records in accordance with regulatory and study requirements to uphold Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) status.
Proactively manage client inquiries, track pro-forma invoices, and facilitate Certificate of Origin applications.
Handle Controlled Drug License applications in coordination with government departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal departments to meet strict logistics metrics and project timelines.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Strong numerical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
High level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in an operational or logistics environment is highly valued.
Knowledge of GMP requirements and quality systems is considered a significant asset.

What We Offer:

Compensation: £15.86 per hour / £32,000 annual equivalent
Schedule: 38.75 hours per week (Core shift 8:30-17:00 or Early shift 6:00-14:30 with 10% shift allowance)
Duration: 12-month contract
Start Date: Monday, 29th June 2026
