Summary We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a 12‑month contract project based in Woking. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and supply chain knowledge who can manage the seamless movement of materials and equipment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
Location and Working Pattern Based in Woking – 5 days per week on-site. Contract duration: 12 months initially. Engagement terms: Outside IR35.

Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel to designated locations. Oversee logistics operations, ensuring compliance with safety and project requirements. Schedule transportation and liaise with carriers to maintain delivery timescales. Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments and deliveries. Monitor supply chain activities to prevent delays and disruptions. Resolve logistical issues promptly to support smooth project delivery.Must‑have Requirements Fluent in written and spoken English. Demonstrable experience in logistics coordination and supply chain management. Skilled in transportation scheduling and shipment documentation. Knowledge of best practices for secure and timely delivery. Strong organisational and communication skills.Nice‑to‑have Skills Familiarity with relevant logistics software and systems.
