Logistics Coordinator

Job DescriptionOur Automotive Technology R&D company require a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.You'll be supporting the engineering and operations function with the planning and execution of new product development and launch.Key Responsibilities include:Raising Purchase Orders where necessary.Liaise with engineering team to schedule material demand and production plans accordingly.Generate and issue schedules for pre-production and prototype builds.Liaise with Logistics Manager / Senior Buyer to ensure the supply of materials are sourced in line with pre-production requirements.Stock management and reporting.Support to Logistics Manager.Organise shipments, including relevant invoices and delivery notes.Analyse and prepare documents needed for production.
