In this Leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of our Secondary distribution and Primary Distribution to ensure these standards are met. You’ll use your problem solving, logical thinking and business partnering experience to address immediate issues and identify improvements to maintain the highest possible level of service.Within Customer Operations, our Logistics team plays a critical role in ensuring both our internal team and LSP providers deliver high standards of service to our Brewery and customer operations. Supporting the Transport Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of our Secondary distribution and Primary Distribution to ensure these standards are met. When standards are not achieved, you will address immediate issues and identify improvement opportunities to sustain high-quality service.What You’ll Be DoingManage, develop, and lead a team of drivers and drivers' matesDefine adherence standards and support them through training, ensuring alignment with departmental and business valuesHandle short-term planning for secondary distribution, including setting Latest Estimate budget targets and resource planning to meet demandDevelop and optimize daily transport routes to ensure high levels of customer serviceCreate and deliver accurate forecasts to Logistics Service Providers and cultivate strong, evolving partnerships through close collaboration and creating mutually beneficial solutionsLead dynamic weekly service reviews with LSPs, motivating them to meet and exceed key SLA performance targetsSpearhead and drive strategic roadmaps for continuous service enhancementsChampion operational excellence through continuous improvement and active stakeholder collaborationTransform innovative logistics concepts from idea to implementation with effective project management.
