Logistics Operator

We are working with an exciting new client based in the Coleshill area who are looking to recruit Logistics Operators to join their busy warehouse and logistics team. This is a global organisation offering excellent long-term opportunities, with temporary roles expected to become permanent for the right candidates.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse and logistics experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment
* Safe and efficient movement of goods across site
* Loading, unloading, and handling materials
* Supporting stock control and general warehouse operations
* Working to targets in a fast-paced environment
Shift Pattern
Rotating shifts (weekly rotation):
* Morning Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm (1:00pm finish on Fridays)
* Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (8:00pm finish on Fridays)
* 36.5 hour working week
* 30-minute unpaid lunch break
* Overtime paid at time and a half / double time (where applicable)
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations
* Valid FLT Licence (essential)
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
Desirable
* VNA Licence (preferred but not essential)
