TEKEVER is currently recruiting an Logistics & Procurement Assistant to join its team located in Caldas da Rainha.

What will be your responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures;
Follow up on requests for the purchase of materials and execution of services;
identify and select independent suppliers for the acquisition of goods and services;
Analyze proposals and prepare recommendations based on the results obtained;
Negotiation and purchasing management (product and services);
Monitor supplier performance and manage strategic relationships;
Market prospecting to identify and select potential suppliers;
Prepare documentation for customs clearance;
Presentation of export licenses and completion of reporting maps;
Collaborate with transporters, dispatchers and logistics partners to ensure a smooth operation.

Profile and requirements:
Academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, Transportation, or similar fields;
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, and/or procurement;
Knowledge of procurement, customs and/or logístics (preferential);
Analytical skills and decision-making ability;
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
Certifications or additional courses in logistics or supply chain management will be considered an advantage.
