What You'll Do
? Own the end-to-end management of a multi-million-pound project
? Lead cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution
? Provide key insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
? Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive operational excellence
? Develop & maintain cutting-edge dashboards, reports, and analytics
? Challenge the status quo with deep-dive analysis that powers smarter decisions
? Work across multiple sites, ensuring alignment and success
What You'll Bring
?? Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations
?? A data-driven mindset with advanced Excel expertise (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
?? Exceptional communication & stakeholder engagement skills
?? A proactive, results-oriented approach with laser focus on outcomes
?? Knowledge of project methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
?? Ability to use coding (VBA, SQL) to automate reporting
