Job Description - Logistics Specialist (m/f/x) Construction Machinery

Managing and monitoring transport service providers for land, sea, and air freight
Preparing and handling shipping documents such as packing lists, waybills, and export declarations
Coordinating logistics processes to ensure the on-time delivery of construction machinery and spare parts
Handling deviations (Deviation Management) and resolving delivery issues with logistics partners
Entering and transmitting shipment data using SAP systems

Successfully completed vocational training or university degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
Several years of experience in transport coordination or 4PL logistics is an advantage
Proficient in SAP S/4HANA or similar systems
Confident in handling shipping and export documentation
Good written and spoken German and English skills
