Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for logistics and team leadership? Reed Business Support is working with a fantastic client who’s looking for a dynamic individual to join their team in a key role focused on order processing and supply chain coordination.

Logistics Supervisor What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing customer orders to ensure accuracy in parts, quantities, pricing, and terms
• Raising purchase orders with suppliers and keeping customers informed on delivery timelines
• Managing the order book to maximise monthly billings and ensure quick shipment turnaround
• Communicating delivery changes professionally and sensitively
• Collaborating with sales, stores, and other departments to meet KPIs and SLAs
• Leading and developing the team on a daily basis
• Working closely with the Internal Sales Office Manager to improve systems and processes

Logistics Supervisor Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a fast-paced purchasing, order processing, or logistics environment
• Knowledge of customs paperwork and couriers is a plus
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills across all levels—phone and email
• A team player who empowers others and drives continuous improvement
• Decisive, solution-focused, and full of fresh ideas
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems
