Private BioChef for High-Profile Client in London

Location: Cornwall Gardens, London, SW7 4BD, United Kingdom
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £250 per cook day rate (in-house cooking, at client’s kitchen)
Service Model: 3 days per week (approx. 18 meals weekly, plus extras/snacks/shakes)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Private BioChef to join Biospan’s exclusive BioCheffing service, working directly with a high-profile client couple, in their London residence. This is a highly personalised role requiring exceptional culinary skills, attention to nutrition, and discretion.

The BioChef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering chef-prepared meals aligned with the clients’ paleo and ketogenic dietary needs, with flexibility to adapt as their nutrition goals evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare approx. 18 meals per week for 2 adults (3 meals/day, 6 days per week).

  • Audit and organise the client’s kitchen, ensuring equipment and pantry are set up efficiently.

  • Create weekly menus that merge two dietary styles:

    • Paleo meals (small portions, tailored for digestive comfort).

    • Short-term ketogenic meals with a focus on higher protein intake.

  • Use only clean, organic, wild/pasture-raised ingredients—free from additives, preservatives, refined sugars, and salts.

  • Incorporate gut-friendly extras, shakes, and optional raw dairy.

  • Respect food preferences and intolerances (e.g., avoid quinoa, shellfish, zucchini, goose/duck, organ meats; minimal pork; no spicy food).

  • Ensure meals are stored in glass containers for easy consumption throughout the week.

  • Adapt service during client travel (pause or provide BioChef in new location).

  • Maintain open communication with the clients regarding meal planning, groceries, and schedule flexibility.

Requirements

  • Professional chef training with proven experience in paleo, keto, and clean eating meal preparation.

  • Strong knowledge of organic, wild, and pasture-raised sourcing standards.

  • Ability to prepare smaller portion meals while keeping nutritional balance.

  • Experience with meal prep and batch cooking, presented in glass containers.

  • Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen audits, grocery planning, and equipment setup.

  • Ability to collaborate discreetly with assistants, trainers, and healthcare professionals.

  • Flexibility to adapt menus, schedules, and travel arrangements.

  • Discretion and professionalism in handling private client relationships.

Client Preferences & Lifestyle

  • Favourite cuisines/meals: Japanese, Korean, steak, soups (Pho, goulash), tacos, dumplings, biryani, Filipino and Singaporean chicken rice.

  • Foods to avoid: Quinoa, most seafood except fish, zucchini, onions, raw garlic, goose/duck, organ meats, paella, cooked peppers, heavy pork, overly spicy food.

  • Health goals: Gut health, improved cholesterol, fertility, and mental focus.

  • Activity level: Lightly active; 2 light workouts weekly.

At Biospan, you'll get hands-on training from our nutritional experts and head chef. Learn to craft custom nutrition-packed menus, select the finest organic produce, and cook meals that are as nutritious as they are flavourful. It's a masterclass in taking cooking to the next level.

If you value nutrition, fitness, and natural living, we want you to apply.

(The ideal candidate is trustworthy, organised, and always willing to go the extra mile.)

Experience:

  • 3 years minimum chef experience

  • Private chef experience (preferred)

Other requirements:

  • Driving Licence (required)

  • Background check (required)

  • Insurance (required)

Work Location:

In person (in the clients home)
