The Role: Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant

You'll join a high-performing sales environment where you'll build relationships with schools across London, helping them secure exceptional teachers and support staff.

From day one you'll receive structured training whilst building your own client base, developing long-term partnerships and generating revenue.

No two days are the same.

You'll be:

Sourcing and interviewing education professionals
Building relationships with schools
Matching candidates with vacancies
Negotiating placements
Growing your own client portfolio
Working towards targets with uncapped commissionThe harder you work, the more you earn.
