Loss Adjuster - Private Clients Team

We are looking to recruit an experienced Loss Adjuster to join our client’s Private Clients Team, covering the London area. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to proactively investigate property claims and provide comprehensive reports, ensuring compliance with client requirements and service standards. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating a high level of technical quality and service delivery for property-related claims.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Collaborating with team members and sharing knowledge to enhance team performance.
• Communicating effectively and proactively with all relevant parties to manage claims efficiently.
• Ensuring adherence to contractual and client SLA’s and KPI’s.
• Taking accountability for resolving any issues that arise during the claims process.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• High level of knowledge of property-related claims and principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT competency and literacy.
• Demonstrated personal and professional integrity with a lead-by-example attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining service standards.
• Ideally, 3+ years of experience in loss adjusting with a proven track record.

You will be able to communicate and motivate via written media and demonstrate a strong understanding of High level of Property Loss Adjuster experience. You will need to have previous property claims experience and have a loss adjusting qualification (CILA), but consideration will be given to those making significant progress towards it. Experience within the domestic property adjusting sector is essential and any experience of handling losses in excess of £100,000 would be invaluable.
