The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Loss Assessor or Loss Adjuster to join our team in the Southwest of England. This is a chance to step away from the constraints of working for insurers and truly make a difference in the lives of policyholders.

One of our board directors made this very move after over two decades in the insurance and loss adjusting sector. He now channels his expertise into transforming the customer claims experience—offering policyholders clarity, fairness, and unwavering support. What You’ll Do

• Meet with prospective clients across the Southwest region

• Explain the value of appointing a Loss Assessor

• Manage claims from instruction to settlement

• Deliver exceptional service that prioritises the client’s best interests

This is a partly sales-focused role, requiring regional travel and occasional weekend work. In return, we offer a relaxed, no-corporate-BS environment where you’ll report directly to the directors—no middle management.

What You’ll Bring

• Background in loss assessing or loss adjusting

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

• Willingness to travel and work flexibly

• CILA or CII qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
