Manage, lead & motivate the team to enhance performance, achieve business goals, financial budgets and service standards
To ensure the smooth running of all services following the company standards and procedures.
Ensure the exceptional service of throughout the Venue
To create and maintain a team environment and to motivate and train team members to achieve the required standards, therefore meeting and exceeding the guests' expectations in terms of quality of product and service on a dailyWhat's required?

Previous similar experience in a 5* Lounge Manager role
5* Hotel Experience
Food & Wine knowledge
