• Support children in their learning and development, both on a one-to-one and small group basis


• Assist in the preparation of lesson materials and classroom activities

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour


• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to the teacher


• Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
  


• Demonstrates strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and teaching methods


• Is confident in supporting students with varying abilities and additional learning needs


• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)


• Is proactive, organised, and able to work effectively within a team
