Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with lenders, insolvency practitioners, property agents, legal professionals, and other key stakeholders.

  • Conduct property inspections, valuations, and risk assessments.

  • Manage property maintenance, security, and compliance with legal obligations.

  • Identify opportunities for business development and growth within the LPA property sector.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, ideally within an insolvency, LPA receivership, or distressed asset environment.

  • Strong knowledge of UK property law, insolvency regulations, and the LPA receivership process.

  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise confidently with lenders, agents, and legal professionals.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess property risks and opportunities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively.

  • Membership of RICS, NAEA, or similar professional body (preferred but not essential).

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

What’s on Offer?

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

  • Opportunity to join a growing firm with excellent career progression prospects.

  • Exposure to a wide range of LPA and distressed property cases.

  • A dynamic and supportive working environment.

  • Flexible working options available.
