The successful candidate will work closely with students who have special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and succeed academically and personally. Experience and Qualifications

• Experience working as an LSA, particularly with students with special educational needs


• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and effective support practices


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• A clear DBS


• Legal ability to work within the UK
