Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) Required - September Start | Southend-on-Sea

A welcoming and supportive SEN School in Southend-on-Sea is urgently recruiting a number of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their dedicated team from September.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rewarding environment, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs. No two days are the same, and every day offers the chance to make a lasting impact.

The Role

Support students both in and out of the classroom.
Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning.
Help pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Build positive relationships and encourage confidence and independence.

We Are Looking For

Caring, patient, and enthusiastic individuals.
Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
