High-End Day Concierge – Prestigious London Residence

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 4 on 4 off 7am - 7pm

Hyperion Partners are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading residential client to recruit an outstanding Day Concierge for a luxury development in Central London. This is a prime opportunity to join a discreet and professional front-of-house team, serving some of the capital’s most distinguished residents.

As the Day Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, representing the building with poise, warmth, and professionalism. You will ensure a smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area, handling a wide range of requests and maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service throughout.

• Deliver a welcoming and highly professional front-of-house service

• Greet residents and guests with discretion, courtesy, and attention to detail

• Respond to lifestyle and concierge requests – including travel bookings, reservations, and personal errands

• Coordinate with on-site staff and external service providers

• Handle post, deliveries, and key management securely and efficiently

• Maintain the reception and communal areas to an impeccable standard

• Keep accurate records in line with building procedures and compliance

• Experience in a luxury residential, five-star hotel, or high-end hospitality setting is essential

• A polished communicator with a service-driven mindset

• Exceptionally well presented, composed, and discreet

• Organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail

• Able to manage multiple requests while maintaining a calm and efficient approach

• Familiarity with concierge or property management systems is advantageous

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
