Hyperion Partners are delighted to be working on behalf of a long-established and highly regarded managing agent in the search for a Luxury Night Concierge for one of their landmark residential buildings in Central London.

This is a unique opportunity to join a best-in-class team delivering discreet, professional, and truly five-star service to discerning residents in one of the capital’s most exclusive postcodes.

As Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors overnight, providing a calm and reassuring presence. You’ll ensure the smooth running of the building during the night, responding to requests, maintaining security protocols, and upholding the highest standards of presentation and service.

• Welcoming residents and guests with a warm, polished and professional approach

• Managing access and maintaining building security overnight

• Monitoring CCTV and managing incident logs as per procedure

• Coordinating with contractors, emergency services and on-call management when necessary

• Conducting regular patrols and reporting any maintenance or safety issues

• Ensuring communal areas remain clean and presentable at all times

• Previous experience in a luxury residential, hotel or concierge environment is essential

• Confident, composed and trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Able to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion

• Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail

• SIA Licence desirable (not essential)
