Luxury Real Estate Agent - Arabic Speaker

The Candidate:

Victorstone is seeking a female Real Estate Consultant fluent in Arabic and English with at least one-year sales experience, be well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and, more importantly, a passion for succeeding within the real estate

Benefits:

• Basic salary of £18k - £22k
• A lucrative commission structure OTE £75k+

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying and selling and understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property to prospective buyers or tenants.
• Stay updated on the real estate market trends, changes in regulations, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts, including property developers and Investors, to enhance business opportunities.
• Participate in social media and other marketing activities to promote properties and attract potential clients.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
