Location: Bond Street, London
Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM and 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Schedule: 5 days over 7, on a rota basis

Role Overview

As a Luxury Retail Building Host, you will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering an exceptional welcome and ensuring a seamless experience that reflects the brand's prestige. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome all clients upon arrival, embodying the brand's values and service standards.
• Offer refreshments, including food and beverages, in a professional and attentive manner.
• Manage the flow of clients throughout the building, ensuring a smooth and organised experience.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the client journey from entry to departure.
• Maintain a pristine and inviting showroom environment, including communal and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure the kitchen and service areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
• Monitor and order food and beverage supplies regularly, ensuring availability and quality.
• Conduct routine stock checks of all consumables and report discrepancies or issues to management.
• Assist with the execution and coordination of in-store events and client activations.
