£31,000 + uncapped commission and bonus

The Role:

We’re looking for a driven and customer focused Luxury Retail Sales Executive to lead a prestigious Nottingham gallery. You’ll inspire a small team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive sales of exclusive artwork by high profile artists.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong 1-to-1 sales experience, a proven ability to hit targets, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. You’ll also play a key role in hosting events, developing business opportunities, and maintaining a polished, welcoming gallery environment.

Essential requirements:

• Proven track record in sales and team leadership
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Proactive approach to business development
• Previous experience in a luxury retail or gallery setting preferred
• Driving license desirable
