Self employed luxury sales negotiator needed for a well established and known Luxury Estate Agent brand dealing with high net worth clientele in the DEVON and LIVERPOOL areas.

It's a great opportunity to join a brand-new franchise area. You'd receive lots of support when it comes to marketing, admin and lead generation whilst representing a very well-known brand in the UK.

The luxury property market is absolutely on the way up, with property prices at a really good high with selling fees around the 2% point.

On Target Earnings: £100k plus

Possibility of a retainer whilst you build your pipeline -for the right candidate

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
