Hitting group target will earn a minimum £500 per month, exceeding this will earn you up to £1500 per month.

A Travel Company based in Croydon are on the looking for an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join their growing team.

The client is looking for someone who has experience working in the travel industry and with strong customer service skills.

Luxury Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

• Working as a team and is vital to achieve high sales growth as the higher individual targets is dependent on achieving an overall group sales target. ·
• Managing and coordinating travel reservations (flights, hotels, etc.) for clients.
• Providing excellent customer service through various channels (phone, email, online).
• Answering customer questions, providing information, and suggesting suitable travel options.
• Confirming bookings, processing payments, and issuing tickets/vouchers.
• Handling changes, cancellations, refunds, complaints, and special requests.
• Identifying opportunities to offer additional services or upgrades.
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and other internal teams.

Luxury Travel Consultant Specification:

• To have experience working for a travel company
• Have a high level of customer care and willingness to exceed expectations.
• Be highly motivated and extremely sales orientated, to meet both group and individual targets.
• To have previous experience in using a GDS and preferably AMADEUS and also in-house reservation system.
• Excellent communication skills
