M365 Engineer

You will lead in a delivery and operational enablement role responsible for making Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform safe, supportable and scalable.You will establish platform readiness, policies, environments, and BAU support patterns so delivery teams can ship solutions without creating unmanaged risk. You will work closely with the AI Product Lead and support the wider programme including AI and automation enablement and data governance.

Key Requirements:-

• • Strong Microsoft 365 engineering knowledge, including identity / access, SharePoint / Teams concepts, and admin controls.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform administration and governance concepts (environments, DLP, connectors).
  • Understanding of supportability, operational readiness, and service transition into BAU.
  • Understanding identity, access, and permissions concepts in Microsoft 365 and how they affect data exposure.
  • FS Experience is desirable
