They are a business with a purpose, focusing on social impact and they donate a proportion of their profits to charity.As a a Financial Modeller you will:Build robust financial models for transaction related projects, working closely with the M&A team to enable them to create databooks for buyer due diligence processesReview and update models / scenario modelling for PE clientsLiaise directly with clients and PE houses, building relationships and developing trustBe able to actively participate and contribute in client meetings and pitches, using your knowledge to bring others on the journey with youPlay a key part in the development of the firm's financial modelling service lineYour experience:Qualified AccountantCurrently working in a Big 4/Top 10 financial modelling team, with extensive experience in transaction related modellingCurrently operating at an experienced Manager, Senior Manager or Assistant Director levelThis role is for you if you're working in a financial modelling team churning out numerous models, but want to get more visibility over the M&A process.You will be joining a supportive and entrepreneurial team where the term "flat structure" is not just lip-service.Working in a smaller team, you will be able to work autonomously whilst also being able to collaborate effectively.
