M&A Tax Manager - Insurance

We are currently recruiting for a bespoke M&A Insurance Agency. They are currently seeking an M&A Tax Specialist to come and join their rapidly expanding team.

This is a varied role which will see you performing due diligence and advisory projects for potential mergers/acquisitions, advising on the tax position of a variety of businesses and managing various other projects.

If you’re looking to move in-house with a pure advisory focus, this would be the perfect move!

Responsibilities:

Managing tax due diligence on potential M&A deals
Risk analysis and flagging of potential tax issues
Advising on resolutions for known tax issues
Managing the relationship with external advisors

Requirements:

ACA and/or CTA qualified with Big 4/Top Tier training OR a newly qualified Tax Lawyer
Proven experience of advising on tax issues for M&A
Strong analytic skills
A confident communicator

This role will offer a hybrid working arrangement, with the offices based in central London.
