Machine Minder

The Role

As a Machine Minder, you will be responsible for:

* Setting up and operating the Maki machine

* Ensuring sushi rolls are produced to the correct specifications

* Monitoring the machine throughout production

* Carrying out basic checks and identifying any production issues

* Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety

* Supporting colleagues on the production line when required

* Keeping your working area clean and organised

* Following all Health & Safety and production procedures

Shifts

Day Shift: 06:00 – 18:00
Night Shift: 18:00 – 06:00

Night shifts include an additional shift allowance/bonus.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for candidates who are:

* Reliable and punctual

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment

* Able to follow instructions and product specifications

* Good attention to detail

* Flexible and willing to support the wider production team

* Comfortable operating production machinery

* Committed to maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards

Previous experience within food manufacturing, machine operating, production or factory environments would be beneficial.
