MACHINE MINDER – SNETTERTON

We are looking for an experienced Machine Minder to join a busy freeze-dried pet food manufacturing facility in Snetterton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous machine operating experience who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.

PAY & BENEFITS

£12.71 per hour to start
Increasing to £13.50 per hour after 12 weeks
Temp-to-perm opportunity
⏰ WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00.

LOCATION: Snetterton

The Role

Operating and monitoring production machinery.
Setting up machines and making adjustments where required.
Monitoring production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues.
Carrying out routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Working as part of a team to achieve production targets.
What We're Looking For

Previous machine operating or machine-minding experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
Good practical and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach with a focus on quality and efficiency.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
