Tech Operator - Fast-Paced Production Environment
Location: Milton Keynes (Magna Park)
Pay: £13.60 - £14.60 per hour + Overtime
Contract: Temp to Perm (Full-Time)
Shift Pattern: Continental Shifts - 3 on / 3 off
(Rotating Days & Nights | 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

Industrious Recruitment is on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Tech Operator to join our client’s thriving production site in Milton Keynes (Magna Park). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing who’s looking for a hands-on role with real growth potential.

As a Tech Operator, you’ll play a key part in running high-speed production lines including Tetra, Canning, and PET systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery

• Carrying out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Performing regular quality and hygiene checks

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience in a production or manufacturing setting

• Skills in machine operation, lubrication, and maintenance are highly desirable

• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)

• A fast learner with a proactive mindset and a strong attention to detail

• A positive, team-focused attitude and solid work ethic
