Job Description - Machine Operative

Machine Operative
Rotational Shift Pattern
Bury St Edmunds
£16.50 per hour

As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing and warehousing team to ensure the smooth movement of goods. You will work as part of a team, ensuring quality control, following health and safety regulations, and keeping production on schedule.

Working hours for this role are on a rotational shift pattern -
Monday - Friday - 07:00-15:00
Sunday - Thursday 23:00-07:00
Monday - Friday 15:00-23:00

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the machines to ensure the lines are running as efficiently as possible
  • Complete quality checks on products
  • Operating warehouse wrapping machines
  • Supporting the Forklift Drivers in the warehouse
  • Follow Health and Safety protocols and hygiene standards
