We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Machine Operative to join a busy, friendly, and well-established manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure immediate work with a company that offers a supportive team atmosphere and a consistent working pattern.

The Role

Working within a production environment, you will be responsible for operating machinery used in the processing and finishing of textile products. The role involves ensuring products are processed accurately and efficiently before being distributed to customers across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Operating and monitoring production machinery.
Feeding materials through the manufacturing process.
Carrying out quality checks on finished products.
Following production schedules and work instructions.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Adhering to all site health and safety procedures.
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

About You

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Good attention to detail and quality.
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the working day.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday
6:00am to 4:15pm
30-minute unpaid break
Every Friday off
