Commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Newport, Whitchurch, Ironbridge and Broseley

Are you practical, reliable and keen to learn? Whether you've worked in production, warehousing, logistics, assembly, engineering or another hands-on role, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

You'll join a global manufacturer at its modern Telford facility, working with automated machinery and receiving structured training. The role starts at £35,000, with a pathway to £45,000 within approximately nine months, subject to progression requirements.

Alongside weekly pay and overtime at 1.5x, the package includes a pension, health cash plan, life assurance, average holiday pay and tech schemes.

The Role:

Operate and monitor automated production machinery.
Learn machine changeovers and basic fault finding.
Help the team meet production, quality and safety targets.
Work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern covering days and nights.
The Person:

Experience in a hands-on environment is useful but not essential.
Willing to learn, with a practical approach and attention to detail.
Comfortable working both day and night shifts.
