Machine Operator – Days & Nights Available
Location: Strood
Pay: £12.71 - £13.07 per hour

Both day and night shift positions are available.

The Role

As a Machine Operator, you will play an important part in the production process, ensuring machinery operates efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Full training will be provided on the company's equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Operating and setting production machinery used to manufacture tablets and capsules.

* Monitoring production to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

* Carrying out routine quality checks and recording production information.

* Identifying and resolving basic machine issues to minimise downtime.

* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you will need:

* Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.

* Good mechanical awareness and the ability to work confidently with production equipment.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

* Basic maths skills, as a short assessment forms part of the recruitment process.

* Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (£12.71 per hour)

* Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm – 6:00am (£13.07 per hour)
