Machine Operator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Moulding Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment in the Plymouth area.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous machine operating or manufacturing experience who is looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday position.

The Role

As a Moulding Operator, your responsibilities will include:

* Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery

* Loading and unloading materials and components

* Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

* Following production processes and health & safety procedures

* Reporting any machine issues or quality concerns

* Maintaining a clean and organised working area

* Working as part of a team to meet production targets

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment

* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

* The ability to follow instructions and work to set processes

* Good reliability and attendance

* A willingness to learn and develop within the role

* Your own transport is essential due to the location and shift times

What's on Offer?

* £14.05 per hour

* Monday to Friday working pattern

* 2:00pm – 10:00pm shift

* Ongoing work with potential for a permanent opportunity

* Full training provided where required
