Machine Operator

Know How Resourcing is recruiting a Machine Operative to join our client in Bingley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys hands-on work, and is keen to learn new skills.
Shift Pattern
Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:30
What You'll Be Doing
* Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet our standards
* Monitoring machine performance and identifying any issues quickly
* Working to production targets while maintaining high quality
* Following all health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
* A mechanically minded individual with good practical skills
* A willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Good attention to detail and quality
* The ability to recognise when equipment isn't operating correctly and respond appropriately
* A reliable team player with a positive attitude
* Previous experience operating machinery or within a manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential
