Machine Operator

Location - Coalville, Bardon Hill

Salary - £26,664.82

Hours - 06:00 - 18:00, 4 on 4 off

We are a currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a prominent client in the FMCG sector, based in Coalville. If you are enthusiastic, focused, and ambitious with a desire to grow within a thriving business, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Load materials into the machine infeed efficiently and correctly.
Monitor material levels to ensure consistent operation.
Perform regular cleaning of the machines to maintain optimal performance.
Ensure all cleaning tasks comply with safety and hygiene standards.
Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns.
Inspect machinery for signs of wear or malfunction and report issues promptly.
Respond to alarms or system errors immediately.
Reset machines and troubleshoot basic operational issues to restore functionality.
Be actively involved in physical tasks related to machine operations.
Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Skills and Experience

Excellent verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills.
Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
